How to convert Camtasia Videos

I have training videos I have been watching online
The videos were made through Camtasia, I believe they are flv. files
I want to convert them to what ever file I need to so I can watch them on my Zune. (MP3 Player)
I downloaded Free FLV Converter V. 5.9.2- Tubefinder from download.com
I have no idea how to use the software.
Can someone explain how I use this software or recommend a easy to use FLV converter?

One of the format Zune uses is .wmv
