I have confirmed web access (send/receive email through outlook), but can not get web access via IE 8. What am I missing?
beta download or Windows 7 IE8, they are not compatible.
Also more info would help, please READ the note in red when asking for technical help.
I loaded W7 beta on a Dell Inspiron 8600 laptop that a few years old. It has a Centrino processor, 1GB RAM, Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection. Overall, I really like the new OS but whenever I shutdown the PC and restart later the network will not reconnect wirelessly. After the first time, I uninstalled the AVG beta for W7. It then connected. I then installed the Kaspersky beta but then when I restarted it won't connect again. It says that it's connected to the router but nothing that tries to connect to the internet can get through. I ran the troubleshooter and it found nothing wrong.
Any ideas?
I just installed Windows 7 Beta on a ACER Travel Mate 4400 Laptop and I don't like what I seen. My Broadcomm Wireless card is connecting but none of my Wireless networks are showing to connect to. If I cannot connect, I can't activate Windows 7 beta with Microsoft. MICROSOFT has a HUGE Problem here that they need to fix IMMEDIATELY! Without Network Connectivity, a lot a beta testing will be missing!
