We have about 100 users in our network, and lately we've been having issues when users go to shut their PC down. Well besides shutting down, it just restarted. After looking into this issue, I discovered that the PC encountered a blue screen error while shutting down and it restarted.

Now, more and more people are experiencing this issue, and it seems to be pretty sporadic across the company's network. The common theme is that each PC with the error has error code 100000050 in the event log. I did some research and found it could be USB or RAM issues...

anyone have any ideas on this?
