And, really, we all know that this is, if anything, a bit of a promotion, not a demotion for Molly. She is being allowed (upon her request) to focus more on the video side, and I suspect she would like to be available for bigger and better, CBS-related stuff.
How could the person who started this thread possibly, in any way, even sort of believe what he wrote? We all love Molly and her contributions, and no one wants to see her leave. But making up malicious and spurious rumors is no way to deal with your frustration. I am truly saddened to think that the person who started this thread is a listener.
Molly, don't even bother responding here. We all know exactly what is going on, and let's just say it doesn't involve backstabbing co-workers' complaints. We know you made the right decision based on what you want out of your future. Don't sink to the level of hysteria that the originator of this thread intended to create.

Natali, learns a secret about Molly and tells Molly that unless she gives her the four day a week spot...
What a crappy thread. First a ridiculous idea, then Jason's equally ridiculous idea to reply to it.
Jason, you suck. BOL survived, but it's never been as good as it used to be before you came on board. Just saying that "BOL survived" does not make the outlook any better. Until now, we had a recipe of two parts brilliance and one part suckery. That recipe is turned opposite now, it's an uphill struggle.
You're right not to take it personally, you actually seem to be a nice guy, but clearly in the wrong job. You suck so much at this that you say "I know I'm rambling", but won't realize that it's freaking TEXT and you can just edit the rambling before posting. Communication is not your forte.
Of course, it is your duty to calm everyone down and ask that we give Natalie a chance. But that isn't going to work because Natalie is no stranger to the BOL crowd. She is kind of okayish as a guest once in a while, but we know what she can do and we know we don't want her every day. Hell, no. So save your give-a-chance speech. We already gave you a chance, and look at the result.
This sucks. This absolutely sucks. The show is declawed. This is a damn crisis that Tom has in his hands. I don't care if "this hurts a little bit". We have to say these things or the show will never be as good as it once was. Come on, I can't believe that CNET can't get an interesting person who would absolutely love to co-host with Tom.
Jason and Natalie hijack my login and decide to post some crazy stuff to make everyone angry. It's then learned that Jason and Natalie have huge investments in companies that make pills that stop heart attacks. When the high strung wackos on this thread have their heart attacks, Jason and Natalie make huge profits, buy CNet and close down BOL.

You know what I haven't had in a while? ... Big League Chew
I see no reason for this endless parade of off-the-wall, outrage-inciting theories to continue.
May this thread now sink to the bottom.
