which tv should i get the vizio vp422 plasma or the dynex DX-PDP42-09 plasma???
what is your budget???????
looks like your looking at 42"
i know that neither of them are great i just want to know which is better out of the two
While the Vizio is still not that great a choice it can hit the budget and you are in with a lot of other buyers. Please avoid that Dynex.
What are the problems with dynex?
Too many firewire and usb cards DOA. It appears to be the Best Buy store brand and the stories never end. Why not stick with the other low cost model that you at least have heard of?
thanks can someone tell me the issues with the vizios
All products. This is why you get a warranty and ask them how they deal with a LEMON. Some stores let you return it that day, some take your money and make you call the maker. Many many Vizio's have been sold.
for the same price.
Done.
Search is over.
Enjoy.
Voila.

Giving an option nobody asked for.
Since when was offering a superior product for the same price an unwelcome piece of information?
Well then Mr. Critical, what do YOU recommend?
OHHH... you're not here to help, you are here to criticize. If only more forum members could be like you ... ![]()
Do you honestly believe recommending a Panasonic plasma for the same price of the Vizio and Dynex is BAD ADVICE?
Seriously???
I agree with jostenmeat. If you can get a Panasonic HDTV for the same price as the Vizio and it is large enough for you, it is a no brainer.
I'd definitely go with Vizio or look mor einto it. I have the XVT series and love it, awesome specs.
