LG Dare and BitPim or DataPilot
by mifrett - 11/23/08 3:25 PMI just got a Dare. In the store, the salesperson told me that I would be able to put physical addresses in for my contacts. I didn't check into it and believed that this was true. Well, it wasn't. Does BitPim or DataPilot install software on your phone that enables you to input physical addresses for your contacts? I did download BitPim and put addresses in there on my PC, but when I sent the info to my phone, the addresses were not there.
Thank in advance for your help. If there is no fix for this, I will have to return this phone. That would be a bummer, since I do like the phone.

The Dare just isn't compatible in this regard for this feature. I just recently purchased the Dare, then returned it to the store and exchanged the Dare for the LG Voyager instead. I'm happier. I text a lot and also enjoy the ease of having another option besides just the touch screen. However, I hope I helped to kind of answer your question.
