Scanner - minimal warm-up recommendations wanted
by bukosky - 12/12/08 11:33 AMI have a couple HP Scanjets and the things take too long to warm up and also need to re-warm if scans are not made within a few seconds. I'm looking for a cheap document scanner, 300dpi that at least warms up quickly and stays ready to scan. My obsolete Microtek was always ready to scan but burned out the bulb. (maybe why few are always on)
