I downloaded the Beta pack the other day. Everything went fine until I discovered there was no tool bar. I have repaired the components numerous times - no change.Yes I turned the computer off. "It" won't let me re-download the live Beta toolbar or the live toolbar. In one of the security bulletins it notes Beta for IE8 (I have 7). Do I need to install IE 8 (heard there were several problems - (novice) I'm easily confused. Any suggestion?? PS: Marianna - I downloaded the 2 anti-malware programs & they cleaned up the malware THANKS Susan
