I'm planning to buy a first laptop. I'm interested in a Sony laptop: Sony VGN-CS115J ($799.00)or Sony VGN-120J ($899.00),
The difference between those 2 laptop are:
Processor: T5800 versus P8400
Processor Speed: 2.00GHz versus 2.26 GHz
Hard Drive: 250GB versus 320GB
Is it worth the extra money ($100)to buy the VGN-CS120J
At the current time I will only use the laptop for email, surfing the net, storing - editing pictures, and music.
Thank you in advance for any help and in suggestions.
Not only do you get the speed bump up but there are other technical niceties such as 50% more L2 cache. The bigger drive is something that alone would stave off you wanting to replace it in a few years.
100? Worth it.
