iTunes and Conexant High Definition SmartAudio HD2

by smiledoctor - 11/17/08 10:25 PM

Help please. I had recently installed iTunes in my HP Pavillon dv2310 laptop ( which has Windows Vista Home Premium OS ). Problem is, whenever I play audio on iTunes, it skips horribly . Read somewhere that the problem could be an incompatibility with Conexant High Definition SmartAudio HD2. Unfortunately I cannot find a solution for this.

Any ideas folks? Help please. I know iTunes is awesome, it's just sad I cannot appreciate it in its full glory.

Although iTunes is an Apple product, your problem is almost certainly due to your choice of hardware and OS.

You would probably get a better response to your question if you posted it in the Audio and Visual forum, which you can find Here
Good luck

If that machine out of the box does not run iTunes then you don't want it. Get HP to fix or refund.
