Vonage Call Block

I want to block calls from a specific caller on my Vonage account. The calls show up on my Vonage dashboard as "RESTRICTED." If I enable call block on Vonage, it says it will block the following types of calls. Since RESTRICTED isn't on the list, does that mean it won't be blocked? TIA. Rita

This is a good opportunity for some enterprising code monkey to sell a nice little patch. I'd sure pay for it.
