Hi people, im new to the board and am having a really frustrating time with a new game i have bought(pes2009). I cant play in online mode without the screen flickering and super fast movement of the characters. I have been advised to turn vsync on in my graphix control panel but to turn it off on the actual installed games settings screen. Thing is, i havent got a clue how i find this vsync option in my pc settings, the vsync i can find is the one in the game settings. I have had the game over a week and have tried everything to find out how i can access the vsync option on my pc settings(NOT THE INSTALLED GAME SETTINGs) if anybody could help direct me, i would be very very greatful. Thank You.. if its any help i have a radeon x700 grafix card....
I usually think of vsync as an in-game option, but this thread suggested tweaking the GPU'a settings. http://forums.evo-web.co.uk/showthread.php?t=49980
I looked in CCC but there is no explicit vsync option, so the closest thing I found was "LCD Overdrive". I've never used it so can't guarantee it will work, sound like it should though.
cheers for the reply m8 ill read through the link you posted now...ty.
