Meet the Samsung staff

Hello Forum Members,

I'm happy to announce that we will be assigning more Samsung staff to the Samsung forum on CNET. The first few months of this forum have been relatively successful but it became apparent that we needed to dedicate more resources to this forum if it was going to serve our consumers and fellow forum members properly. I have had fun speaking with many of you and I plan on continuing to be involved in this forum but I have other responsibilities at Samsung that often don’t allow me to get involved as often as I would like. After discussions with our team at Samsung and the good folks at CNET, we have decided to immediately add a full time staff who will be actively involved with this forum on a daily basis. We are also working on plans to add more staff for other product categories in the near future (such as a Phone expert and an IT expert).

With that said, I would like to welcome Anthony (aka Samsung_HD_Tech), as well as Justin (aka Samsung_CE_Tech) to the forums. Anthony has worked with Samsung for over 8 years and has a great understanding of our products. He will be checking the forums on a daily basis (weekdays of course) and making sure no thread goes unanswered for too long. He will be a valuable contributor to the forums and will probably make me look like a novice (don’t make me look too foolish Anthony…haha).

Justin has worked with Samsung for 2 years and has extensive knowledge in the Consumer Electronics Industry. Coming from a diverse electronics background, including working for some of the top retailers in the industry, representing several electronics firms, acting as an IT support administrator and community manager, and will be assisting Anthony (aka Samsung_HD_Tech) in answering questions on the forums when necessary.

We are excited to have them both onboard. Between the three of us, we hope to best serve your concerns!

Thanks again to everyone who has purchased (or considered purchasing) a Samsung product. We appreciate your business and hope this forum helps us understand how we can better support your needs in the future.
