DMCA Language Proposal
by flattuca - 10/10/08 9:51 AMI sent an email in today calling for thoughts on the DMCA exception language proposal. This is what I have:
"an exception circumvent copy protection to perform any act recognized as an exception to copyright protection or as an act of fair use"
Other thoughts? Tweaks? Let's get a few together and send them in en masse to the Copyright Office!
