Old Unlocked iPhone Usage
by rktimes - 10/9/08 8:18 AMI am a current ATT customer with a non-"iPhone upgradeable" plan. I do not have a standard data plan but I have a normal 200 txt message plan. Is it possible for me to buy an unlocked iPhone (old one) off eBay and still use it without a data plan? For clarification, will I be able to: send SMS messages using my old text message plan, make calls using my normal ATT plan, use wifi internet (wifi maps, weather, stocks, app store)?
