original iphone conversion to ipod touch
by thatchman1 - 9/22/08 1:24 PMRight around the release of the 3G iPhone, AT&T was hosting three PDF's on their website. One for upgrading, one for plan pricing, and one describing what you could do with the old iPhone.
One of those options was having the store convert the original phone to an iPod touch. All discussion and proof of this has disappeared since then. There is very little on the web that is in agreement about this process.
So, what is this process? Have they gone back on that offering? I can't find anything anywhere!
