Enclosure Type: Desktop-- im having trouble shutting down, when i try to shut down it will get to blue screen and stop, it will log off and restart great.it had crashed and i restalled it. this is just one problem i will have another thread soon,
What is the message on the blue screen?

BSOD's, (Blue Screens of Death), usually have a STOP error code number and messages.
What does your BSOD say? That STOP error code is important.
Have a look at your Event Viewer, and see what errors it shows, if any. Goto Start > Run, type in eventvwr.msc, and click OK. In the window, check the listings for both Application and System. For more details on any particular error, double click the entry.
Whilst we prefer to work on one problem per discussion, please give an indication here what these other problems are. They may be related.
