Hard Disk Imaging

I'm looking for a Disk Imaging program which will allow me to create a raw image of a partition on my Hard Disk, to a DVD (or DVDs if needed), with the DVD (or 1st DVD) being bootable.
I already have Acronis True Image 9.0, but it seems to be only capable of providing an image on a second Hard Disk drive, rather than a DVD................
Any suggestions would be very welcome

http://www.acronis.com/pdf/TrueImage11_datasheet.en.pdf lists DVD and not BluRay.
