I am running Windows XP Version 2002 SP2 and when I brought my computer out of Standby this morning I discovered a new user account...IUSER_ADMIN. I did not set this up and no one else has physical access to the computer. It is password protected so I can't access it. Should I be worried? Thanks.
I am guessing it's a trojan or backdoor keystroke catcher. It's happening to me too. Looks like I going to do a clean reinstall. Have used another computer and changed my banking password. Seems to be spreading globally from the foreign language entries listed during a google search for isuer_admin. So far none of the spyware removal software or avg have actually stopped it.
I have been able to remove it through the control panel but it just reappears the next time I reboot.
Have you tried Googling it before freaking out and possibly overreacting like the other poster?
And there wasn't much information out there as to what is causing it or where it was picked up. I don't think changing my passwords or considering a reinstall is over reacting. I've deleted it four times now and shut off start up items that seem to be connected with it. Since the three spyware/malware softwares that I run have not captured it, and AVG and my firewall don't seem to catch it, how else should I attain a clean operating system?

I'd be very careful doing any banking or secure computing on any computer that has been affected by this thing until we understand how this account is being created and by whom, and how to completely clean it.
