What Laptop should I buy? (with details)
by poseygirl - 8/29/08 1:59 PMI will mostly be making grapics, but I will be using the internet a lot on it too. I also play games (MMOs mostly) that sadly don't work with Macs. But, maybe I should get a Mac anyway?
PRICE: limit of about $700, unless its REALLY worth it to spend more; I've been saving for two years - I'm only 14.
OS: a cheaper version of Vista. noooo XP. my programs won't work on it.
SCREEN: large (more than 1280x1024)
PROCESSOR? I don't know. Fast? lol
RAM: my current comp is always out; I have 512 mb
HARDRIV: always out of this too; have 100 gb
WEIGHT: not EXTREMELY heavy, but weight doesn't matter much
What others traits can I choose? colour? brand? lol I don't care.

In my town I'd get the dv6910us. But you will be sorely disappointed compared to your old desktop since at this price we can't get a gamer's laptop.
But at least it does run WOW.
