Kevin let loose a few iPod rumors which includes a photo of the new Nano! http://bit.ly/3aBjI8
If Apple denies the rumors or sues him then we'll know it's true...
and I might have a reason to use the service again.
There were the reports earlier this year of Jobs negotiating with the labels for subscritption service and its recently come up again at TUAW. I'd only give it a 15 or 20% change of actually happening but I'd really love to have a service like this (Rhapsody is virtually useless if you are on a Mac and use iPods). I'd still purchase from Amazon but I'd love a way to try out new bands and see if they are something worth buying.
....the ugliest nano I've ever seen.
It makes the brown Zune look absolutely stunning (you may not agree with me on that)!
We shall see in three weeks if this comes true.
And doesn't charge an arm and a leg for it...
and all the other Touches (8,16, and 32) will drop a hundred bucks each. That's the way Apple almost always does it with the iPods. Keep the price point the same, raise the specs.
As soon as a 128GB Touch comes out I predict the Classic will be retired. I'm guessing that might be possible in late 2009 or 2010.
Remember him leaking the iPhone rumor back in 2006?
He got the thing about mini-osx right, but was completely wrong about having 2 batteries, one for the music player, one for the phone.
C'mon, we all know this has nothing to do with one of dozens of rumours every day, a good deal which involve Rose doing something to himself with an iPod.... ya'll really wanna know who he's shagging now.
Or if he looks better with or without the haircut.
My pre-teen niece has abandoned Britney Spears for Kevin Rose ;-/
