Ative Sync 4.x Problem

I am facin one problem that I have one Windows Mobile 5 device, this device working fine with USB connection with Active Sync 4.5. but when I am using ethernet cradle my device is taking an IP but not connecting with Active Sync 4.5.
The previous version of Active Sync 3.8 is working fine with ethernet cradle and my device becomes connected without any trouble with my PC through that old Active Sync.
So any one have this idea. how to resolve.

change your connection setting

Have you try changing the connection setting on ur pc sync4.x?
usb is diff from the other.

Ethernet syncing was indeed disabled in AS 4.x. Your maker of the ethernet cradle and its support should have noted that.
Sorry, but you left out details so I can't tell if you can fix it. Here's a note I found about a possible fix HOWEVER it only applies to getting WIFI working and you will have to tweak to get it to work with your cradle. AGAIN, your cradle maker would know this and I would think they could answer this on their web page.
