thanks
Main Menu, a product with which I am unfamiliar, I would recommend any or all of the ones on your list

I use Main Menu for basic maintenance, and it works fine. It is quite simple to use. Everything is categorized accordingly, and I don't think that you will end up destroying something with it. When you download it, opening it introduces a new icon on the menu bar. The whole app is accessed through it. I find it very helpful for re-building my Spotlight Index and cleaning out caches, etc. Works just as it should. Last I checked, it is free. Good luck with it, if you choose it.

hi
i download mainmenu
and could you please tel me how to delete my cache please?
what the diffrence between user cache and system cache?
i dont wanna to delete some system files
thank you
I haven't used, or needed to use, those features, but they probably clean out the caches as their names imply. I know it has a browser cache option, but that can be done within a browser as well.
User cache is probably for the user and system is for the system. I don't know how much detail I need to go in here.
Why do you want to erase your caches?

I have been using it for quite a while now and find it to work well for me. As BMF said, It does what it is supposed to. I believe it is still freeware. It has worked well enough for me to donate to their cause
Hi, Fluxus and all,
I've used both the free Onyx and Main Menu apps successfully for several years on both my Macs, and both of these maintenance apps are free from http://www.versiontracker.com as well as no doubt other sites - be sure to check your OS X to make sure you download the correct app version, since each of my Macs uses a different version of both.
Cheers,
