Trying to find a specific BOL episode

So, I have this research project about the DMCA and cell phone unlocking software. In November 2006, the Library of Congress issued an exception to the DMCA, so that it's now legal to unlock your cell phones to work on other carriers.

But, people argue that this exception doesn't cover _distribution_ of unlocking software. Which is ridiculous - if unlocking software is legal, then how is distribution of unlocking software illegal?

Anyway, does anyone know which specific epsiodes Molly or Tom (probably Molly) ranted about how stupid this is? Or any specific episodes where they discussed cell companies' or phone companies' attempts to shut down the distribution of unlocking software (e.g. via DMCA Take-Down Notice)?

I've been listening to BOL for a while, and I'm sure they talked about it. I just have no idea how to find the specific episodes.

My research project will ROCK if I can include audio content - a Molly rant would be golden. Thanks!!

I think you are talking about episode 549: "The warm milk of tech podcasts". Scroll down to about 3:19 and they discuss this story:

I wouldn't call their comments rant-ish, but they did point out and clarify some points about the DMCA. (Trivia: this is the episode in which they played a clock alarm at the end of the show)

There is also episode 363: "Steve Jobs is the walrus?" where Tom and Veronica first mention the six DMCA exception. No molly = no molly rant.
