Malware for GSM Mobile Phones

My name is Carlos and I am in my five year of Computer Science (Systems Engineering here) in the Pontifica Universidad Javeriana in Bogota Colombia. I'm doing my Thesis about Computer Forensics applied in GSM mobile phones. The title is "A methodologic guide for forensic analysis of incidents on GSM mobile phones". I need three incidents on cell phones to probe and validate the guide but I don't have any malware for that type of mobile devices.
