Home Digital Media Accessory

by jcvesq - 6/19/08 8:22 AM

The series 6 and 7 TV's are supposed to support a Digital Media Accessory made by Samsung that streams stuff from your computer (although I am not sure what stuff, videos, music, youtube, more?). Samsung annouced it at CES in January but I don't see it for sale anywhere.

So the question is, what does it do, when will it be for sale and how much?

What you’re thinking of is Samsung MediaLive.

Here is our Press Release from August 2nd.

I believe the final retail price was $200 but you will be able to see very soon what the cost is because it should be in retailers very shortly. I believe Circuit City will be the first to offer it.

Best,

Mr. Samsung
