Yes, it is one of the trustworthy and good anti-spyware. It is not bad to install more than 1 anti-spyware because not all of them will and can detect all types of spyware and malware.

You might want to add Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, A-squared Free and SUPERAntispyware. All of these have freeware edition which will scan and remove.

The above are scanners only. If you want 'prevention' against spyware, I suggest to immunize the system using Spybot-S&D and by using SpywareBlaster: http://www.javacoolsoftware.com
