Samsung LN46a650 vs LN46a750

by boondax - 6/16/08 11:09 AM

I'm torn between the LN46A650 and LN46A750

It seems the 750 has extra bells and whistles that I don't really care for (better internet, playing videos through usb, subwoofer, etc.). All these things I get through other clients. I don't care what frame and bezel looks better either.

I just want my TV to show the best picture quality.

How does the picture quality compare between the 650 and 750?

Thanks!

Just solid picture quality with no bells and whistles....?

... then go with the 650.

The picture quality on both of them is almost exactly the same. The 750 has all the bells and whistles you mentioned and that's the main difference (beyond the design of the bexel). The processor on the 750 is little better but most TV professionals would have a hard time telling the difference between the sets when it comes to picture quality.

Hope that helps.

Mr. Samsung
