I really would like a honest review of this item before I plunk down 300.00
I currently use Qwest cell service with is going over to Verison in July... I have one bar on porch and can recieve calls but the soon drop out because we are out of line of site to the nearest cell tower.

I was skeptical as well but I really needed a stronger signal so I just bought it. I have been happy with the results.
