I bought some Video Eyeware for mp3 players. So i went and tried it at the store on a 30g Zune and it work great so I Bought an 80g the only in stock . Brought it home and their was buzzing in the video out sound. Took it back got a 2nd pair same thing. Thought it might be glasses so I Tested it w/different earbuds and the zune still had buzzing so I figure there must be a malfunction in the Zune . Has anyone else had this problem. And what is Zune doing to fix it.
Thanks,
Ontoast
I have an 80GB Zune but don't have the same problem you're describing. Go exchange it for a new one ![]()
I returned the first one and got a brand new one it had the same problem. Did you video stream out and try your sound. When you do that the video is not on your zune but on computer, tv, or ivision eyewear. try that and let me know if you have sound problems also.
I do appreciate your response
Thank You,

It's likely that it's the source media. I've had a 30 and an 80 gig both and I've never had an issue. I use slysoft's product to rip from DVD to MP4 and I'm good to go.
I also had a lot of luck with irepairsquad.com with my wife's iPod if you're outside of warranty and looking for a place to repair your Zune without spending a whole lot.
Just answered the same question in another post. Likely it's your media. Zunes like MP4 format. I use slysoft's products to convert from DVD and I've never had an issue.
Your best bet is download a music video on the zune market place for cheap as a baseline test. If it's happening with that and on multiple Zune's it's likely your AV setup.
If all else fails and you don't mind going the non warranty route I had some awesome luck with irepairsquad.com on my wife's iPod.
