another problem i came across. yesterday i updated my email information and after clicking on the link you just provided, my old email address is still showing. i've tried to do an update again, and i get a page not found. could this be a problem with my Opera bowser i'm using? does anyone know if this site is not 100% compatible with the opera browser or not?

None of us volunteers in this spyware/virus forum work for CNET or have anything to do with the software so we can not help you. I have used Opera here in the past and never had any problems but that was along time ago and things change. I would think it is some sort of forum glitch and not a problem with either Opera or your computer but that is just a guess. If you post in the above forum, someone will probably help you but please be patient, it is a weekend so I doubt they are working.
