I really thought an experienced (and valued) member like you could find it with google as easy as I did. http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan/ is the first hit for EWIDO MICRO SCANNER.
But I must say it doesn't mention anything about end of support dates. Everything you click on except the very last line (the download link) goes to AVG 8.0

I had Google it and found exactly what you found. It looked so much like AVG that unlike you, I didn't read as far as the last line.
