It gives you spyware defense, optimization in addition to regular features. Only bad thing is that in free version, you can not configure internet options and auto-care. It finds lots of things that others have not found but I left them for now. Maybe soon I will get the nerve to try it based on your recommendation and experience.
Please tell now if care is needed in performing any of the various scans or fixes using AWC and if you have had experience with the "Restore Feature" and find it to work properly.

But from my experience, you do not need any care while using it. And restore feature is same as windows restore.

This is not the first tool that broke parts of MSN for me, so maybe the fault is with MSN Premium. (Perhaps MSN relies on file types that are 'temporary' by all other standards.)
I have used CCleaner for years and highly recommend it.
Use only for registry

Perhaps this is wasteful of me, but I prefer having each function covered by a specialist program. I just clean temp files manually these days, but when I used a temp files cleaner, it was usually CCleaner.
For reg cleaning, I use only EasyCleaner. And prior to doing so, I always back it up with ERUNT. When I'm working on someone else's machine, I won't use a reg cleaner at all. I'll run WinDoctor as usual, and edit the registry manually.
