PDAs: HP ipaq 112 (110, 111, etc) and 3G internet

HP ipaq 112 (110, 111, etc) and 3G internet

Hello all

I'm in Australia and like the look of the HP ipaq 112 (i think its the 111 in the US). But I also use 3G internet on my laptop (I don't know if the US has this or not sorry).
What I really want is to have a PDA that I can put my 3G sim card in and get 3G internet (i dont use the same sim for phone calls).
I really like ths look of the ipaq, it's small and has the essentials I need (ie i'm about to be a doctor and need certain programs on a PDA so i can access info quickly).

Is there anything as nice as the ipaq that also allows 3G, considering that i wont use it for phone calls, i dont need it to be user friendly for phone calls, just windows 6 stuff.

Hope this has been clear enough, any help would be great.
