I have a friend who is selling his PS3 20GB model for $300. it includes 2 controllers, the remote and 4 games (ridge racer 7, fight night round 3, Resistance Fall of Man, and SIMS 2 (PS2 version). Is this still a good deal? My kids have a bunch pf PS2 games so this "older" model is backwards compatible with the PS2 games. It has HDMI but no wireless.
Not a hardcore gamer, but looking to surprise the kids...

You can always add a wireless ethernet bridge device later, probably even stuff in a larger hard drive, but you can't get back that hardware backwards compatibility found only in the original 20GB and 60GB models.
