Posts I did not write?
by PortVista - 4/22/08 8:51 AMHas anyone else had problems with posts they did not write? I asked CNET support to delete my account and the posts associated with my name but I don't know if they will. I'm trying to figure out if someone logged in and made these posts without realizing they were logged in as me or if there's something going on technically?
You could alert us to those.

Members can ask the mods to delete a few but you need to click the report link or we can't do that. The account issue is not something the mods can accomplish.

Unfortunately this is a forum bug that we currently have had for quite some time that effect several of our users. All users who are encountering this problem and have reported them to us, have been logged in our bug queue to get their account fixed. It's a bug that has been difficult to resolve and hopefully it's just a matter of time to get all of these accounts fixed.
