I Hate My Iphone

by skazan - 4/18/08 9:12 PM

Purchasing an Iphone was the worst technology decision of my life. Although I haved turned off all the remote monitoring and linking, the phone will still not hold a charge for more than half a day. I have returned the phone and gotten a new one and the new one now runs out before 3pm every day.
My second beef is that the ATT coverage in the heart of the silicon valley is terrible. I drop a call at least once a day and I don't make that many calls (see above).
So as soon as my plan is up the ATT, I am getting a blackberry again and get a real product and not some toy from Apple.
What really surprises me is all the phony marketing hype that people fall for. They ask me if I like the phone and I tell them not to buy one. Next time I will buy a phone from a company that makes phones. Thanks for listening. I feel better now.

OK:
Even if you don't work in electronics, meet someone who does. Get a T mobile contract and add a 6 $ a month data plan. Buy a windows mobile smartphone, email me, and I'll guide you through the setup. Idiot proff does not mean useful. I'd be happy to show you that.

Windows mobile?! I think not.

I had nothing but problems with Windows Mobile. It dropped my sync profile with Outlook on a weekly basis. I switched to Blackberry.

Windows Mobile way better than IPhone

by webexpert - 4/26/08 11:40 AM In reply to: Windows mobile?! I think not. by jk55337

I been using the HTC Mogul for 8 months now and I still love this phone and it way better than the Iphone. People who bought the Iphone just purchased it because of it's good looks. Who wants that. I prefer the HTC Mogul of how many things it can do and also I prefer a phone for personal and business use. Iphone is personal phone only and not a business phone. Trust me Mogul is one of the best Smartphone on the market. Also Windows Mobile is a great operating system for the phone has it been working great using my Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook emails, Opening PDF) If you want to see my HTC Mogul in Action goto:http://youtube.com/results?search_query=pocketpc01&search_type=

Maybe you should go to this page and read a true story why having windows mobile is best operating system to have on your mobile phone.

Great Article to read about this on Windows Mobile goto and copy and paste this on your web browser:

I am a cell phone addict and the iPhone was my worst purchase ever. I've had my phone for a month and 3 days. I do like SOME of the features... but overall I hate this phone.

This sounds like another Apple Hater from the 90's "i don't want some toy from Apple" hahaha do you know how much design, and engineering it took to put out that "toy"?

Get yourself a windows mobile device instead.

iPhone battery life

by djsunique - 4/21/08 11:40 AM In reply to: I Hate My Iphone by skazan

I felt just like you when i first bought my phone. Then someone told me to hold down the main menu button for a few seconds before leaving an application ( Keep holding until main page appears, then release). This is to stop the program from running in the background, and turn off the WiFi when not in use. I now get great battery life out of my phone. Try it. Good luck.

Thanks - I will try that.
