I keep getting a blue screen on my monitor. I tried adjusting the cable in the back but it doesn't help.

Are you able to log into the computer normally? How about Safe Mode?
What kind of computer? Laptop or desktop?
If it's a desktop, have you tried swapping in a known good monitor from a friend or family member?
Is the computer new?
Hope this helps and let us know more.

yes i can log on normally. its a desktop, i have not yet switched monitors because the only other monitor i have is really old and i really would prefer not to use it, its not good. the computer is about 6 months old
If OS is not loading and there is Blue screen with some error message than there can be RAM problem also.
the OS is loading, there is no error message. the screen just has a blue tint to it
So you don't mean the Blue Screen of Death, (BSOD), example here;

That is what we thought you meant.
Do you mean the display on your monitor now has a blue tint on it? If so, have you tried adjusting the color controls on the monitor?
