Anyone have any sites from which they like to download video for MPEG4 video players like the Sansa Fuze? What are they? Conversion needed?

Here's a few: vixy.net, flvix.com, and the YouTube Downloader software. All of them are capable of converting FLV to MPEG-4.

Supposedly Amazon Unbox works for any Windows DRM device that plays video. You can check by downloading one of the many free shows they have. I think like half of the season of "How I Met Your Mother" is available for free now.
