VERY CREEPY
I don't think it's "creepy", unless I'm missing something obvious in the hard-to-hear lyrics. It's just a silly song -with a somewhat catchy melody- about someone's apparent affection for her. Other than the title, does it even mention her by name?
Note: This song is mentioned on Mahalo.com in the "Veronica Belmont Audio and Podcasts" section, so I can't imagine she/they are too put off by it to list it there. The band's single is posted as an ad on her Mahalo bio page, too.
This type of song reminds me of a much tamer version of Def Leppard's "Photograph", ostensibly an homage to the late Marilyn Monroe.

Personally, unless I'm not hearing some really crude lyrics buried in the mix, I'd say she's probably flattered.
