Best MP3 Player for Gym?
by ghettosermon - 4/2/08 4:17 PMHey guys what is the best MP3 player for taking to the gym, I have a huge 80 gig mp3 player so that is for my real library's of music I am just looking for something cheap, doesn't have to be more than $50 which I could run with and lift weights with at the gym. Something light but still performs well, and comes with something to attach to my t-shirt or something. I want something that is secure and I don't have to constantly worry about it falling or not running hard because I am afraid it will fall out. Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

There's also a 1GB version, but I haven't seen it in physical stores. It's small, lightweight, sounds good, and has a clip (hence the name).

Its small, light and has a very nice clip. I have the black 2Gb version. Sound is very good. Prior to the Clip I used the Nano while working out. Its ok but you need an arm band or case (that has a attachment clip). It adds cost and complexity to an otherwise simple task

I've used this for the past few years and hasn't given me any problems. I can update my playlist in about 30 seconds with the USB cable. I use a lot of free weights and run about 4 times a week. No problems at all for me. Battery life is pretty good, but the only hassle is it's not rechargeable. You can find them really cheap probably around 30 bucks or so. I wouldn't hesitate to get another. They have 2GB models as well but 150 songs is plenty for me when I'm lifting.
