HOW DOES ONE DRAG ENCYCLOPEDIA TEXT INTO HTML?

I'm using ENCARTA as a DOCUMENTED & ACKNOWLEDGED source for my Website, because I can get the text into
my Netscape Composer III HTML Editor.
Other Enclopedias have great articles but I can't
get the text into my HTML Editor.
HOW DOES ONE GET NON-ENCARTA ARTICLES INTO THE HTML
EDITOR? COMPTOMS WILL ONLY SHORTCUT TO DESKTOP, FOR
EXAMPLE....
