So it's the great debate: Zune or iPod?
I've had a Creative Zen MicroPhoto for a few years now, and I love it. But it's broken again and it seems to be time for a new player.
I'm just going to be using this for simple listening and as an alarm clock, which I'm hoping it's available on both the Zune and iPod.
What I really love about the Zen is that it fits easily in my hand, it's "grippable" per say - there's something there to hold on to, and that's what's worrying me about the iPod.
I'm just using this to listen to music while crafting really, and I'm a little clumsy, I'm hoping whichever one I get will stand up to being dropped once or twice before going kaput.
I'm loving the Zune's interface and the controls, but there's a lot of negative opinions about the Zune, same with the iPod.
I'm technical enough to figure out either or. Many people say that the Zen MicroPhoto is difficult to control, but it was easy enough for me to figure out.
I'm open to both sides.
I have an 8GB Zune, and I absolutely love it, but I have to admit that it has no clock. So using it as an alarm clock would be 100% impossible. Other than that though, it's a great little player, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
It's not very gripable. They seem to be pretty durable now adays especialy the nano's but they really aren't that gripable unless you buy a good silicon case for it. Other then that they usualy work good for music and are pretty simple and they do have an alarm clock. My advice is you might wanna look into another Zen because I think they have alarm clocks in them and they would probably be more to your liking.
