Acer ASPIRE 5315 Upgrading Hardware and Maximising Flash vid

Ok so i bought an ACER lemon but as I haven't customised my browsing habits and Vista-SP1 is out I thought I needed a change and a chance to test out GB's of whole P2P-ware on Vista. Some needs at the moment...
1, I upgraded the RAM SODIMM to 2GB (it won't take any more I'm told),
but what is the maximum hard drive I can adopt ? And While I have the whole new laptop affair going what else should I upgrade (its not MMX-GPU unfortunately but has 34/54Expresscard) so when I sell it next month for an UMPC or one that run's CRYSIS I can put on a bit of a display of optional extras for the buyer ?
2, How do I get flash video files to maximize when I press the corresponding button in the flash console ??
3, Which software is best for a one button erasing-of-all-data program before I sell this item ???
