I stayed for a bit after most people left and had beers with Rick, Allan, Mark, and Fernando. People...I LOVE us! We so rule. It was a blast tonight. I almost didnt come because I felt so crummy but I am so so glad that I did. None of my friend, inexplicably, listen to BOL so it was great to meet other listeners. Great to meet Andy and Trish and Jacob and John Falcon and Randall and Natalie and other CNET folks. A good time was had by all, I would say.
I must admit, I am slightly hammered right now...to call or not to call Tom and Jason in my slightly hammered state teling that about our awesome Puck Fair meet-up. Hmmm..I will have to think on that. And in so doing, may very well fall fast asleep.
Thx for coming out everyone. It was really fun.

Thanks for making the evening even more fun. You are a darn good ice-breaker! Not that any ice needed to be broken. Molly (and the others, but especially Molly) couldn't have been any nicer and more accommodating to the fans.
I will listen intently to BOL tomorrow to see if Tom and Jason play the call which you may or may not have made tonight.

I just called into BOL. Took me 3 tries as I got the ol' "your message has been deleted" twice. I never get why that happens but it randomly does on vm with people. Anyway - hammered and all, I called in. I doub they will play it though bc it wasnt very relevant or interesting. I just said what a good time I had tonight with all my BOL peeps. I beieve I also mentioned my hammered state. 
Anyway - once again - great time everyone. Thx for showing up. We seriously do rule. And I seriously just xld my morning bfast meeting and believe I will stroll into the office at around 10 or 11am tomorrow. I feel like its just gonna be that kind of a day tomorrow.

One drink was plenty for me in that steamy room! When I got home I look like I was pulled through a bush backwards.... yikes. Puck Fair Hair! That pub is always great - thanks so much for the get-together!

Time for sleep
by GrahamNY - 3/19/08 11:24 PM In reply to: trish! by fordo123I didn't know a soul tonight and stood in the corner until someone else walked in who seemed equally at odds. And that's how I met Andy. We went on to learn we'd worked together 7 years ago! Yup, it was that kind of night.
Molly was delightful and, speaking from my lofty 6'4" perch, just about the perfect height. It can be weird to meeting people who know you through a public persona, but Molly was as cool and graceful as a BOLer could hope for.
And we east coast BOLers are awesome! You all are forcing me to give Twitter another try (GrahamNY).
