It's a techie thing... so what's your poison?
For me: home-brewed coffee. 6-8 cups/day. If I don't I get the shakes. :P

I used to drink 64oz. per day (I had this gigantic mug, only cost $1.38 to refill!), then I mysteriously developed an ulcer. At that point, I decided to maybe cut it back a touch.
