err, my nick is sharktopus btu it's showing me as vinhpoo...
i really like the layout with the 3 cams side by side with chat on top
that way i can just lay my IRC client overtop of the chat
and easily see all 3 cams at once
thx pb30
PB30:
Jason

Tom
http://ustream.tv/acedtect
Molly (doesn't exist yet, but will)
http://ustream.tv/mollywood
Details for embed exist there... of course, except for Molly's...
Can you try to integrate the Ustream's into the pb30 page? (and thank you thank you thank you!!!)

We'll get on it as soon as pb30 is back online.
We would like to produce a host friendly site- so any comments from you folks would be incredibly useful.
I'm working on it now. Also going to try out different layouts for people. Ustream has a much better embed, so there will be more flexibility.
Basic Ustream page is up at bol.pb30.com
Jason: You may want to turn off the chat on those channels, the other chat is more powerful.
You may also want to add Molly and Tom as partner shows.
If anyone has any ideas for layouts let me know.
You could have a layout with the m stacked on the left? possibly?
Or like Tom/Molly and to the bottom left is jason and the chat is to the right? I don't know.
IRC chat is best by far, but with operators so it stays family friendly ![]()
With a friendly Web 2.0 Interface?
New update to the site. It now uses Ustream. There is an option to change your layout at the bottom of the page. Just click the picture and you'll get that new layout with any options at the top. All layouts have chat on by default, but it can be turned off at the top. If the layout has less than 3 cams you can pick who you want on the page (so if just Tom is on, you can just see his cam). If you have any (good) ideas for other layouts let me know. Thanks everyone.
Exciting!
I think the three cams on the top and the chat on the bottom would work well as a layout.

The latest thing from BOL Live Labs:
Podcast Feed for Live Streams:
I don't know if there is an automatic video splicing program to produce one podcast video.
But using this method, you would have a single feed:
Within Ustream, there is an option to record live streams.
There is another option to automatically upload the recordings to Blip.tv.
All that this requires is the creation of a Blip.tv account and entering said account information into Ustream.
Blip.tv hosts the files for free and converts them into MPEG-4 files, available in a podcast feed form.
You can use http://www.feedroll.com/feedcombiner/ to access all three of the feeds at once, in the form of one podcast feed.
PB30,
Thank you for all the work you have done. I almost feel bad to ask if you can make a layout with the cams on top and the chat on the bottom.
Keep up the good work!!
Tom, Molly, and Jason what can we do to honor pb30 for all his work?
