that way i can just lay my IRC client overtop of the chat
and easily see all 3 cams at once

I'm working on it now. Also going to try out different layouts for people. Ustream has a much better embed, so there will be more flexibility.

Jason: You may want to turn off the chat on those channels, the other chat is more powerful.
You may also want to add Molly and Tom as partner shows.
If anyone has any ideas for layouts let me know.

Just click the picture and you'll get that new layout with any options at the top. All layouts have chat on by default, but it can be turned off at the top. If the layout has less than 3 cams you can pick who you want on the page (so if just Tom is on, you can just see his cam). If you have any (good) ideas for other layouts let me know. Thanks everyone.

Method Of Automatically Converting Life Streams to Podcast

I don't know if there is an automatic video splicing program to produce one podcast video.
But using this method, you would have a single feed:
Within Ustream, there is an option to record live streams.
There is another option to automatically upload the recordings to Blip.tv.
All that this requires is the creation of a Blip.tv account and entering said account information into Ustream.
Blip.tv hosts the files for free and converts them into MPEG-4 files, available in a podcast feed form.
You can use http://www.feedroll.com/feedcombiner/ to access all three of the feeds at once, in the form of one podcast feed.
Cams on top. Chat on bottom.
