Unauthorized Internet access
by tech_smart24 - 2/20/08 10:02 PMWhile browsing the net from a cyber cafe I saw a pop-up message saying that someone is trying to send Trojans/virus to my PC. I informed the cafe manager .
I would like to know can somebody access the network and view what those browsing from the cyber cafe are doing? Can they do it with any bluetooth sofware?
As a customer, what protection should I take while using cyber cafes?

Many have the "Messenger" service still enabled. I'd disable that. Here's how -> http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=xp+messenger&btnG=Google+Search
