Windows XP: XP Pro Slows down after back up and scanning!

Hi Mark,

Since I work from home, my PC is ON 24X7.

My AVG Complete PC scan runs every night at 10PM. I run COMODO Firewall Pro 3.

I have listed below the tasks that were running when I came to my PC in the morning. Is there any cure for this problem or should I just keep rebooting my PC every morning?
