Windows VISTA Home Basic - Hang

All of a sudden my computer hanged without any reason? did any body face this problem.

If you are looking for computers that don't hang (ever) then you don't want what you see for sale to consumers...

My computer is TOSHIBA Satellite A200 (Windows Vista Home Premium)with Intel Core 2 Duo CPU (2.0 GHz), 2 GB RAM, 300 GB hard disk, Norton Internet Security, Internet Explorer 7.0.6
I realize that this problem happen if I open many web sites in the Internet Explorer (Either in new window OR as in a new tap). THIS PROBLEM REALLY KILLS ME, and it is weird; because the windows still running normal but it doesn't allow you to open any other websites or any applications (Calculator\Control Panel\My Computer\...etc)
I really hate the Vista because if that, and I miss the (XP).
